Women have the highest value and desirability when they are young adults, the older they get the less desirable they are (just check prostitutes pricing), because in our society they have always had their value associated with sexual desire of them, and in general they tend not to be very successful because they are not achievement focused.

Men start with lowest value, because they have not achieved anything yet, and their value grow as they accumulate wealth and know how.
