Splitting society into female and male only businesses

This applies in almost all Islamic countries, women work with women, and men work with men.
Not sure if it would work great but at least you don't have feminists trying to take jobs from you.
And as a side note: the west already have a lot of women only businesses, so why man only businesses is not ok ?
