Wmen can use "Battered Spouse Syndrome" to get away with murder !

A woman who zipped her boyfriend in a suitcase for hours until he died  ... it was part of fun activities that went wrong. he asked for help she refused to help him, saying:
'That's what you get,' 'That's what I feel like when you cheat on me'

and yet, they feel it is appropriate to use the Battered Spouse Syndrome defence to literarily get away with murder!
