Women hire women and keep out men - Feminist Leaderships bad for Organisations

I have noticed that once a feminist reaches a leadership position, she will hire women and avoid hiring men (even when men can be better in a certain job).

The feminist loyalty is not for the company or the organisation, it is for the fellow women first.

This is pretty clear when you observe the general stats, whenever the leader role is filled by a woman, you will notice that more than the 50% of the workforce will be women. New hires, promotions, going to women ...

Even in organisations like Tedx, once the top organiser is a woman, you will notice that they will make it easier for female speakers to get the possibility to speak than for male speakers.

Simply put: Whenever a woman reaches a leadership position, expect huge discrimination against men.

But but ... Men discriminated against women before, why is this different ?

Indeed, men did discriminate against women, but they did so because they thought women were less qualified and less intelligent.
Women discriminate against men for an entirely different reason, they hate men, they want to keep control - which is easier if they hire other women, they want loyalty which they also can expect faster and easier from other women.

Thus women leader do not look for the best interest of the company or organisation, but rather for securing their own positions.
